Deactivating Your Paytm FASTag Account: Procedure, Reasons, and Deadline

Paytm Payments Bank Ltd (PPBL) has been excluded from the approved list of Fastag providers by the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI). In response, the Indian Highways Management Company (IHMC) recommends users to acquire Fastags from its list of 32 approved banks.
Deadline Extension The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has extended the deadline for Paytm Payments Bank from February 29 to March 15. Consequently, users can continue using their Paytm Fastags until the revised deadline, beyond which it may be subject to changes.

Market capitalization of BSE-listed companies reaches record high of Rs 3.91 lakh crore; Investors contribute Rs 2.20 lakh crore.

 On Monday, investors saw their wealth increase by Rs 2.20 lakh crore as the market capitalization of BSE-listed companies hit an all-time high of Rs 3.91 lakh crore, sustaining the stock market rally for the fifth consecutive session. The 30-share BSE Sensex benchmark rose by 281.52 points or 0.39 percent to settle at 72,708.16, while the NSE Nifty closed at a record high of 22,122.25 points, up by 81.55 points or 0.37 percent from the previous close. The market capitalization of BSE-listed companies increased by Rs 2,19,581.56 crore, reaching an all-time high of Rs 3,91,69,087.01 crore. "The BSE market cap reaching a record high of around USD 4.7 trillion reflects the strength of the ongoing bull run and market momentum.
